  Guys showed up on time and didn't start the clock until they were loading stuff in the van. Everything was packed really well and no damage to any items. Great service, and so cheap.

  I'd give zero stars if I could. They sent two guys who'd never moved a stick of furniture in their lives. They couldn't have been slower if I'd broken both theirs legs before they started, which I was tempted to do after they showed up an hour late without any packing materials. They then spent half their time bitching about how much they hated the job. I thought they were going to die, they were so unfit for the job, just skin and bone. The only possible way I can see, from my experience, that this company has such a high rating is that they've got their mates to give them five stars. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THESE CLOWNS!!!

  The building we moved to had a strange set up for move in access to the lifts but the guys were excellent and worked around the complications.

  Second time I have used this company and it will be the last. 2 men just stood around while my partner and I did most of the lifting. A 2 hour job turned into a 4.5hour job. Seriously slow and they got lost coming to our place and tried to charge the additional 45 minutes onto the time! Also was bullied into paying by credit card as soon as they had unloaded the last item- however I was advised I could pay by direct deposit prior. They said no and were very intimidating so I paid by credit card (additional 3% which is illegal as it's 1.3% as of July 2016). I received an emailed receipt after paying which had the option of direct deposit! A pack of scum! I did advise I was going to write a scathing review. Merry Christmas ya filthy animals!
