  Happy to take your money tax return time, unhappy to help when there has been any discrepancies due to error on their behalf. multiple e-mails, multiple calls only to be left with no answers and have still not been able to speak to Arun who originally lodged my claim. Continuously told he will call me and I never got any calls back. Basically if you have an issue with the ATO, you will be left to deal with the issue on your own. These accountants only want your money and don't want to provide any assistance when there is an issue.

  Arun said he could get payment summaries from your system and you were supposed to have attached them all when lodging the claim. How could you attach a termination payment from an employer but not realize you've left out the income summary from the same employer? Didn't it ring bells when my income was showing as only half what it normally is? I pay you guys to get this sort of thing right, it's the type of rookie mistake I wouldn't even expect myself to get wrong..

  Wow, I finally get some details of my discrepancy issue. However very unhappy it had to be displayed in a public response to my online review for everyone to see. Why could you not make the same effort to reply to my multiple emails since February this year?

  However we are human, we do make mistakes, I would have been able to accept the mistake and would have appreciated a response to my phone calls and e-mails instead of being left hanging.. This wasn't the case
